RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We value your satisfaction and understand that concerns may arise. However, due to our commitment to hygiene and sustainability, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged or leaking

Return Window: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back within 7 days upon approval.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at hello.gawagawi@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the concern.

  2. Wait for return instructions and approval.

  3. Approved returns may be refunded or replaced, depending on stock availability.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items bought during sale or promos

 


 

REFUND POLICY

If your item meets the return conditions, you may choose:

  • A replacement item of equal value (preferred)

  • A store credit valid for 6 months

  • A cash refund (only in cases of stock unavailability)

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
